Allow batch message download or e-mail

Since storage for pms is perforce limited, users have to periodically clean out pms. Suggest adding option for download or e-mail of a batch of pms to the drop-down:



E-mailing conversations one by one is not sufficient for pm box clean-out.

(For end-users, I do prefer the label on the Go button to With Selected, which is not as clear.)
