Cache values in conf_global.php

Are these values I found in conf_global.php correct ?

$INFO['ipb_cache_path'] = '';
$INFO['nocache'] = '1';

I also installed memcached, so should I add the flollowing to conf_global.php ?
$INFO['use_memcache'] = '1';
$INFO['memcache_server_1'] = 'localhost';
$INFO['memcache_port_1'] = '11211';Thank you ! :)
