If you are seeing this message, it is because you do not hold an active IPB license. If this is a mistake, please contact an administrator. Otherwise, why not show your support for IPB and purchase a license? If you hold a perpetual license for the software, you need only purchase the yearly support option to gain full access to this site. what can i do? i don't found some informations in help files about this error also i don't found the help topic where i can write my problem please help me, thanks
February 7, 201114 yr You need to have an active IPB license. If you have one, log in to the forums with the same email address as your client centre and you will be allowed access. If this does not work then raise a ticket. If you do not have one then you will need to purchase one.

February 7, 201114 yr Community Expert As mentioned you need to have an active license in order to download files from our Marketplace, if you do have one but still have troubles downloading the files you're welcome to open a ticket in your client area or email accounts@invisionpower.com.
