Posted January 28, 201114 yr I have probably said it before, and I will probably say it again, but I enjoy your support staff. With the last two issues I had, the support staff was so prompt in fact, that the last issue they had responded after I had went to bed. (Not very long after my last response, I had assumed they had left work.) Kudos to the support staff. :) You guys are great. Timely, professional, and very kind. I would not switch to another forum, regardless of company. Thanks, Elliott Brown
