How long should i exect to wait for an answer on the ticket system?

That said though our techs very rarely take the full 2 business days to reply ;)

Edit: your ticket is a server transfer request so they are scheduled differently though you'll get a reply today more than likely. You may also wish to consider submitting future tickets via the client area rather than the contact us form on the web site as that will speed up replies :)
