IPB HELP FILES

Would really like to have a "HELP" button to the right of the regular menu items across IPB linking to the excellent Help Files for the system. Providing such a link to the Help Files would be of great benefit to users who now are only able to even discover that such a thing exist if they click on a function they are not allowed to use. These files are invaluable for helping users learn how to use the system and is a great refresher when getting stuck and wanting to know how to do something. Currently there is NO link anywhere other than within the error message template..
