Posted December 9, 201014 yr Does anything need to be adjusted in the xcache files, themselves ? When using this for the forum,or is it just a case of adding one line to the config file within IPB.. December 13, 201014 yr you can start with default xcache recommended config, then tweak the memory use according to the xcache admin pannel results displayed after some days of use.
December 17, 201014 yr Use Memcache and Memcached if anything, Does more of less the same job and it does not reply on the CPU to serv content, Where xCahce will. It will also save you on alot of resources.
December 21, 201014 yr Author Is it hard to swap from xcache to memcache, just update the config file and install memcache ???
