Feature Request

We run a forum on your hosting service. It is being used for accessibility and disability discussion. But we will have some users that do not want to be identified (except by staff). We have a couple of forums that we would like the members to be able to use anonymous posting but still be able to be tracked by staff. It is a college site, and the staff have to have access to who is posting due to our job roles. Are there any ways to do this, even if we have to do it manually on each post that is fine. It would be nice if there was an option for it in the moderator control panel. I know we can force all topics to be approved, which is fine.
