Builtin Sitemap

Hi,

I think there should be a built-in sitemap plugin in IPB. Sitemap is an important feature and I believe everyone would use it.

Thank you.

Dans Sitemap Application is as near as you are going to get to an Official Sitemap generator.

It's a sorely needed feature. I second this suggestion.

You can get a sitemap generator here:

As it uses IPB's framework, it is for all purposes "built-in" once you install it.

And IPB supported

Although I agree with you, Dan's sitemap generator is excellent and will get your job done. Also, it's easy enough to install.

The problem with that is only 1 coder is supporting it and we can't get support for it from IPS.

Now built-in means, something totally supported by IPS.

Features like sitemap of whole board rather than a hundred topics.

The IPS Sitemap Generator supports up to 50,000 topics. That's a little bit more than 100. :)

Now I think that's in your latest version. What if I have more than 50,000 topics? Is it possible to include the rest of em?

Well it says it is an official IPS application when you install it, so I guess it will be supported in 3.2 (just a guess though)
