HellaWicked
Busy or not, I'm sure he can find 10 minutes of his precious time to reply in this topic. I mean, come on, how hard can it be. I don't buy it one bit that he's "too busy". The guy replies to his Twitter account like there's no tomorrow and you're trying to make me believe he can't find a few minutes to say something about the progress of the iArcade in here? Collin1000
So, as other people have mentioned - not-so-recently (more than a year ago now, actually) I started working for IPS. Since then, I've had other IPS-related duties... and I naturally get busy whenever IPS is busy, so the 3.2 upgrade isn't exactly "free time" to me. I don't want to smooze into this topic and start saying "it's coming" when I truly knew that I could not commit to it. Truthfully, I did indeed avoid any sort of announcements about what was going on as I knew that I would be swamped recently. That being said, I spent quite a few hours this afternoon and tonight hammering out all the kinks for iArcade 1.2 Beta 1. This is a compatibility release. Lewis did a wonderful job at upgrading the public skin elements to make them match the 3.2 skin. There are minor bug fixes, however this is mostly a cosmetic change for IPB 3.2. New features are on the way, and I will regroup with other developers soon, however I did want to let everyone know that it is here. Additionally, our community is coming back online, over at the iarcademod.com website. More details will be released soon, and I've sent AndyF a message about cleaning up some marketplace listings. iArcade 1.0 = IPB 3.0 (Discontinued) iArcade 1.1 = IPB 3.1 iArcade 1.2 = IPB 3.2 I don't want to leave everyone empty handed, so here are some screenshots of iArcade 1.2 Beta 1:

Lewis P
Is it possible to "convert" from ibproarcade to iArcade and keep the high scores and other settings? If someone provides me with a database dump of ibProArcade (not too big please!), I'll definitely take a look at making a convertor. :)
Collin1000
Is it possible to "convert" from ibproarcade to iArcade and keep the high scores and other settings? As Lewis mentioned - we can gladly take a look if you've got a database backup. We tried once before back on iArcade 1.1, but because ibpro is fully encoded, it's somewhat difficult to work out their cryptic database information. xBeccax
I have an IpbarcadeLITE version app and it has unfortunately come to my attention that there may or may not be a 3.2 update. Either way :D I can also be your guinea big if you would like to try - my arcade is at 360chatter.com

Personally, I'd rather use apps developed by active members of the community over somebody who never even visits the site. Those guys give us no communication at all. I wish I had gone with iArcade in the first place. It's on our short list. No worries.here's the rough database map... there's some quirks along the way like how we each store things and convert things.... but.... it looks like everything is going to be good to go on a converter app. I'll keep everyone posted on the progress. I plan to start working on it very shortly.

Amy T
Basically a feature like the one in ipbcodings arcade that creates tar files for all the games. It is a nice feature and a very handy one at that.
