October 16, 201014 yr i've have tried this and only thing that make me don't want to use it,when you agree to the terms and go to open a topic, then if you need to make another topic you have to keep clicking agree to terms i think it be better if this set a cookie are something so the poster don't have to keep seeing the rules and agreeing all the time, also people that have they unreal portal or IPS portal as default page have problems because when you click proceed it take you to the portal page instead of the topic page where you need to start the new topic. P.S great mod as always
October 16, 201014 yr Author Yes, it was made as a custom job and it is like it was requested. I must confess that I was a little lazy to change it... :D Maybe in a future version I can use cookies.

Thanks for yet another nice mod! If you consider adding this cookie thing - please be sure to leave the option to make people agree EACH TIME they try to create a topic as it is right now. ;)
October 18, 201014 yr Very good modification! Acceptance of terms each time is good for a forum where users do not read the rules. We need to disable this option for the users corresponding to the topic (enabled only when a user creates a new topic) :)
October 22, 201014 yr have problem with http://community.invisionpower.com/topic/315335-download-topic-prefixes-for-ipboard-31/page__st__160
October 24, 201014 yr This works fine, the only problem is if you try to reply... you get the acceptance message... but then you get the start a new topic page rather than the normal reply blank or the reply with the quote contents.

October 25, 201014 yr Author No, again: http://community.invisionpower.com/topic/323212-download-sos31-new-topic-rules-v201/page__view__findpost__p__2032607 I won't pay for this mod only to see why it isn't work! My app works without it; so I can imagine that the problem isn't on mine.

When you install topic-prefixes-for-ipboard-31 and on admin panel not work because the tab same place You need to contact the MAKER of the mod m8, it has nothing to do with Adriano or any other contributor and can only be dealt with by the person who released it ! Sorry but none of us would touch someone elses modification and certainly never when it is a paid mod. Contact No1 1000 about your problem as he is the developer of it :)
October 27, 201014 yr This the answer: I'm guessing he abuses a particular unused interface the same way I do, in which case the two simply can't be used together. There's not a whole lot I can do to help.
October 28, 201014 yr Author This the answer: Ok, took a look at TOPIC PREFIXES and now I know why my app and topic prefixes didn't work together. Just sent a PM to No1 1000 telling what is needed to change... hope he can make it for you guys use both.
November 5, 201014 yr I received the PM he mentioned... I sent him a question in response, but I have yet to hear back from him. I am really a ball :))
November 18, 201014 yr Is there a way for them to have to agree before viewing the topic too? And make it so they have to agree each time they view it?
November 18, 201014 yr Is there a way for them to have to agree before viewing the topic too? And make it so they have to agree each time they view it? Only if Adriano Faria includes that function in a future version.
November 29, 201014 yr I found another problem ^^ although if you have the boards main app (aka change the home page to the portal rather than the forums) and you click the 'I agree' button you get sent to the portal page... If i can find the file edit you make ill post it, but at this time I can't find it.
February 21, 201114 yr Author Application updated for a bug fix! What's New in Version 2.0.2:Hook updated to fix the bug when you agree with rules. If you use another APP as first page (such as portal or IP.Content), you were redirected to the first page and not to the post screen.
February 21, 201114 yr Thank you Adrian for still working as this. If you have the time to code it I think the option to agree only once, before making 1st topic will be a great addition. Having to agree the posting rules each time before posting a topic is quite annoying especially on busy forums where members post often
February 22, 201114 yr Author Yes, I'll use cookies in a future version; this was a quick bug fix, only a template edit.
