Sometimes you click reputation by accident. Let users remove their rep from certain post. Other idea, let admins do it via APC, from this panel:

Allowing people to change what they repped is a good idea.

We can remove reputation points when using the like system. I don't see any reason to not allow users to remove reputation points.
