Feature request : taking notes for members

Hi there !

I'm using IP. Board on a pretty big community (28,000 members, 2,000,000+ posts), and some of my members are asking me the same functionnality : would it be possible to take notes on other members ?

Members are indeed talking to hundreds of others, and it is difficult to remember who's who, especially when members choose to change their display name.

So we think that it would be a nice improvement to add the ability to write notes for members.
These notes would be very easy to write and to read (in the the user pop-up for instance).
