i'm trying to use the AddonChat application in my website
but when i access the chat i'm getting an empty page

why is that ?

AddonChat and IP.Chat are two different products. I'm afraid we no longer provide in-house support for AddonChat. I recommend you visit the AddonChat website for further assistance, as we will be unable to really assist here.
