Memberlist / Profiles permissions - settings separation

I've seen it come up in a topic again and its reminded me to post this.

I've thought for a while it would be best to separate the current 'Can view member profiles and member list?' into two settings:

'Can view member list?' and 'Can view member profiles' , As some administrators may prefer to not allow certain groups to do one or the other, but would rather not restrict both at once.

I do not think it would take that much to do this, although I could be wrong :) , for upgrades it would be easy to default both (new) settings to match whatever was chosen already for each group. I've not really looked through the code to see how many occurrences there are of this setting though.

Sounds like a nice suggestion. I support the idea.
