Notification if someone gives you a reputation-point

Topic title says it all :)

Notification if someone gives you a reputation-point in one of your posts or topics. And a setting (PM, Email or Inline) in UCP :)

If the group permission "Can view who gave reputation?" is set to "No" the notification will not show the name of the giver. "You got a reputation-point in *link to post*"
If it's "Yes" it will show the name of the giver in the notification. "*member name* gave you a reputation-point in *link to post*"

I like that idea although might cause cpu issues if you have a lot of rep points being given out, although I could be wrong.

I do like the idea though.
