Subscriptions: Change date field around for "Manually Add Transaction"?

I'm manually transferring subscription packages from my old vB site to my new IPB board and am having difficulty due to the US date format MM/DD/YYYY.

Is there a way I can change the form so it uses the UK format of DD/MM/YYYY ?
