July 30, 201014 yr You need to use mod_rewrite. There's instructions on how to do it in the FURL settings section of the ACP.
August 22, 201014 yr I had been wondering about this myself, but I'm thinking is there any real advantage to doing this?. Given the search engines have already got most of our URL's in place now would it be considered foolish to try and rewrite the URL in this way? Cheers Marko
August 22, 201014 yr When you enable it, IPB will automatically 301 redirect any hits from /index.php?/stuff-here to /stuff-here, so it should have no effect.
