I notice that on my board we can only go back about 1 year in a search of member content. Is that a bug on my board, is it something I can control, or is it just like that now?

There's a setting in Search Set-Up called "Limit "Posts/Topics by this user" results to X days".

What about a setting to return more than 1000 results? :whistle:

It would be nice if we can set this limit higher like 2000 or 3000 or custom number.
For not too busy forums I do not believe that it will be a problem for the server load.

Agreed. Presumably there's a LIMIT in the database query somewhere we could change?

Yep, it would be nice to know how to change this.
