Volstate
So this doesn't actually post anything to someone's facebook it only shows whether they like it or not on the message board itself correct? Link to comment
Graeme Leighfield
No, it posts to facebook that they "like" that URL and any comment thats attached with it also... Remember that you have to set up facebook connect first tho... Link to comment

Graeme Leighfield
Hi Mahal, you havnt imported the hook correctly. Upload it again via the system->manage hooks -> upload hook  Link to comment
Volstate
I would like a hook similar to this one that doesn't actually send the liked post to facebook. I think just having the thumbs up and the name of the person who likes it would be a pretty neat feature to offer people. I don't use the reputation system on my board because people abuse it so having a facebook like button would be ideal. Link to comment

dpsd
The module is working but i face the problem with the title of the topic. More specific, on the facebook profile the message that appears is the following: Shouldn't that message show the title of the topic? Link to comment

dpsd
The module is working but i face the problem with the title of the topic. More specific, on the facebook profile the message that appears is the following: [img] [/img] Shouldn't that message show the title of the topic? Well i fixed that error, i changed the permissions for the guests and now it shows the proper title. But i found another problem - it doesn't store who has clicked on the button. So if you press like and you come back later and refresh the page then you can press again the button like - i think it should remember you had pressed it before. Could you please check that issue? Graeme Leighfield
Its never supposed to "store" it im afraid. All the mod basically does is display an iframe with settings that you set via the ACP. If you want functionality such as that you described - I recommend upgrading to V3.1 If your worried about skin edits. PM me, I can do them on your behalf for a very resonable price. Link to comment

Emediate
Great mod - one problem I do have though, is when you click on the like from the Facebook profile it is simply referring to the forum main page - not the topic itself. Eg: http://www.mobileelectronics.com.au/forums/index.php?/topic/560156-immobiliser-vs-turbo-timer/ Link to comment
