I'm a little upset to find that when I paid for IP.Board and both PayPal and the IPS website says the payment was received, I am unable to download the software because my invoice is still "Pending"
Fraud check, all orders have to be approved by billing.
All purchases have to be approved, it shouldn't take long. ;)

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm EST
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
The fact there isn't someone there to approve invoices on the weekend kinda sucks...
There is, actually. :) Usually someone in billing will login once or twice over the weekend to approve orders - we just don't advertise that in our posted hours.
I am also frustrated about this. I would not have purchased, if I had known I had to wait so long. Fraud protection is already built into most credit cards. Since the money has already been taken from my credit card, I think technically, IP has committed fraud.
We have not committed fraud by verifying the purchase validity.
