Posted July 17, 201014 yr I'm a little upset to find that when I paid for IP.Board and both PayPal and the IPS website says the payment was received, I am unable to download the software because my invoice is still "Pending" What gives?

July 19, 201014 yr There is, actually. :) Usually someone in billing will login once or twice over the weekend to approve orders - we just don't advertise that in our posted hours.
September 18, 201014 yr I am also frustrated about this. I would not have purchased, if I had known I had to wait so long. Fraud protection is already built into most credit cards. Since the money has already been taken from my credit card, I think technically, IP has committed fraud.
