July 10, 201014 yr Please have a look at the attachment Perhaps there is a problem with your licence key. Try: Delete your licence key(In your forum) Get a new one(Client area) Put it in.(In your forum)
July 10, 201014 yr Go into the license area ("license key" link on the left) and recache, see if that helps. If not, then open a support ticket in the client area.
