Perhaps there is a problem with your licence key.

Try:
Delete your licence key(In your forum)
Get a new one(Client area)
Put it in.(In your forum)

Go into the license area ("license key" link on the left) and recache, see if that helps. If not, then open a support ticket in the client area.
