Hello ,,

I was just thinking that , since there is a built in Bulk Mail Feature in IPB

why isn't there a built in Mass PM OR it may be called Bulk PM Feature

and it save us the trouble of using the Addon mass pm because there
are problems with IPB ACP permissions in that addon
