Can i auto ban an user who reaches a fixed value for reputation?

p.e. when an user reaches -10 reputation value, this user goes to banned users group

thats kind of harsh isnt it?
also something that can be exploited by a group of people who dislike another member

I can see the use of it but I can also see the misuse and abuse of it.

I would only see a use for some thing like this if only staff could give negative rep.

I already view reputation systems with disdain. To allow this type of behavior would cause me to rip it out by the roots, and most likely, look for a different software solution. The membership should never be allowed to determine whether an individual is banned or not.

I agree which is why I would only use such a option if only staff were able to use the rep system specially the negative rep.
