I cant use the skin generator. I get:
The Skin Generator is only available to customers with an active support license
I paid for hosted servies since the 17th of this month and still can't post in the forums.
How do I get support? Where do I edit/add my license? I've already paid and have login and password to the client pages.
open up a ticket with account assistance and they will sort you out.
Also try logging out and in here & make sure you are using the same email address as per your account.
This is since Thurs and tried loggin in and out.
I also get:
Thank you hydn. Your registration has been successful. The administrator wishes to preview all new registered accounts before posting permissions are granted. The administrator has been notified of your registration.
best thing then is to put a ticket in with account assistance within your members area at http://www.invisionpower.com/customer
That's odd, because before I renewed my license yesterday, I used the skin generator a few weeks ago, though I was inactive and was able to use the generator.
probably difference between new and expired.
To access the customer only portions of the forums you must use the same login you used to purchase your products in our client area.
If that login was awaiting admin validation, that should be all sorted now and you should be able to login with that account. Apologies for that - we had admin validation turned on and a few built up over the past week that should now all be taken care of.
