How long should I expect to wait for the paid conversion service? I put my ticket through more than 18 hours ago and haven't heard anything back yet...

IPS just released IP.Board v3.1.1 and updated the add-on apps, so people are requesting IPS to upgrade their boards to the latest version. As such, response times on tickets are not going to be as fast as you would usually expect them to be.

Bad time to buy then huh.. pretty frustrating, coming from vbulletin I'm used to fast response. Hopefully I will be happy with the service in the future.

Well... no. The conversions department and the upgrades department are manned by different staff.
