So IPB 3.1.0 has gone GOLD and with it the support team will be inundated by support requests. I am sure at some point I will join in with a bug report or two, but I wanted to say thank you for what has been a dream upgrade. Sure I backed up the DB and the file structure in case, but the fact is I have just complteted the following upgrades

WITHOUT A SINGLE UPGRADE ISSUE!

Having read throug a lot of issues today I was a little apprehensive, but I think its important to balance and show there ARE success stories out there!

Wooo! That's positive news today!

I upgraded to the beta versions about 2-3 weeks ago. I have a huge forum, and I have had almost no problems at all.

That's why IPB rules. :)

This is the kind of stuff that helps my effort in convincing old IPB users to return to IPB.

Glad to see others are having success with the new forums and that also gives me more confidence in upgrading to 3.1 sooner than feeling I need to wait on 3.1.1 or 3.1.2 before it is functioning.
