Posted May 12, 201014 yr Since there is no IP.Subscriptions topic, I've included this here. Whilst checking for expired/cancelled paid memberships we noticed that cancelled recurring memberships do not change a user to the base group after expiration. To reproduce just look at a member that has registered and purchased a recurring membership package and has cancelled it, after the package's expiration time, the user should be moved to a regular member's group instead of remaining in a premium group, however this does not happen. This is somewhat a relatively annoying bug that might be making other communities lose alot of money. Let me know if you can reproduce this and how to solve it.
