How come i can't get into that forum? do you need to be part of a specific group or something?

Getting this error when i try to get into a topic in the IPB Skin Support forum, i can get into the actual forum and see the topic names and the amount of replies ect, but when i click in a topic i get this...

"This forum is only available to those logged in with a customer account.

If you are a current IPS customer and are seeing this message, please log out and then log in with the same email and password that you use for the client area.

If you need assistance logging in as a customer please submit a ticket and we will be happy to assist."

Is it another permission thing?

That forum is only if you have an active IP.Board license.
