I know I saw in another post/ topic that they are working on a tag system but not sure if it will be a feature of 3.1 by the looks of it probably not but hopefully we will see it in 3.2. Probably takes time because they are trying to devise a better system (more flexible?) than those used in other CMS. Nothing is safe with Apple or IPS, but I doubt we will see it in IPB 3.1, at least not in some of the first subversions IPB 3.1.
