Is it possible to have an IP Board 3.1 release date?

Seems like it's been announced for a lifetime, I'm just a little concerned that by the time of the release it will be an anti climax.

The official term is 'When its ready' probably in the next 8-12 weeks possibly sooner it will go through a Beta and Release Candidate process first. :)

I'm mostly looking forward to the status comments and mobile skin the most - How sad am I? :D

Does anyone know if the mobile skin is a generic mobile skin or iphone specific?

I think the beta will not release this week but next week , and I think that it is stable enough so the next release maybe will be IPB3.1 not RC . ?

No it will definitely go through a Beta and RC in my opinion anyway - this isnt vbulletin ;)

Probably released at the same date IPB 3.0 was released, sometime in June, thats my guess :)

As you can see on the above quote, there are some problem using IE7, probably because some JS, but I am sure they are working on it.

3.1 will be entering beta phases shortly. I'm sure we're as keen to see it released as you are, and it'll be released soon as we are sure it is stable and there are no more tweaks that need to be made.
How soon that is, will depend on how the testing goes :)
