Over the past few days we (myself and IPS Support) have been trying to work out some issues with the functioning of my IP Board. I would like to extend a giant thank you to all the people named Mark (since everyone that works for
the support staff seems to be named Mark) for going over and beyond to help iron these out.

Everything works nice and smooth now.. =)
