rating/warn status logs viewing

Ok I am going to try to explain this situation as best as I can and hopefully there will be a solution to it.

I am from a quite popular forum and recently it switched over to IPB3. The problem is that if you are a CL of part of the board you can't view your own rating/warn status logs.

Here's a quick overview of how the board is set up:
King of Kings: founder of the forums and the boss.
King: the bosses of the forums and can do anything.
S-Mod: Can see all boards and is basically a king. Can ban people.
Mod: Can see all boards. can't ban people only suspend.
Senior Mem: can edit their own topics and delete other peoples posts with in it.
Members: newbies of the forums.

CL's can be any of these people but only can moderate certain sections of the board.

Currently only moderator and up can see rating/warn status logs but if you are a member and not a CL you can see your own rating/warn status logs.

Is there a way that an update can be done to enable everyone to view their own rating/warn status logs?

p.s. A mod can feel free to move this if I put it in the wrong spot.
