Add a 'filter by friends' to the recent blog entries, recently added topics.. and recent status updates.

This is important for large/busy sites.

Furthermore, create a page where all recent site activity is shown (latest threads etc) and add a filter by friends option - so only the latest content posted by their friends is shown.
