Hello

i have an issue and i cannot solve it ..

every 5 minutes ( more or less ) i got this error when i browsing my site , and i should refresh the page to load my site again




i contacted my host support and this is the last reply from them

There is no reason this forum should be using more then 45 seconds of time to load something.

i disabled every addon i have even my shoutbox and i still got that error

do anyone knows what is the problem is ?
