Small images being scaled up

Hi all,

I am getting a complaint from users that small images are being scaled up to 800 pixels wide. Is there any way to prevent this, while still causing oversized images to be scaled down?

*EDIT* It only happens to uploaded images, not external links.

This was a bug in the last release of IPB. A patch is posted in the bug tracker.
