[Suggestion] Pass subject and message contents to pm forms

It would be great if 3rd party developers could pass a predefined subject and message to the forms used for sending a PM.

I can see how this would be relatively straightforward for the full form but I'm not so sure about the popup form as currently the recipient is passed via the id of the link. This same technique wouldn't be appropriate for the subject.

Any thoughts?
