Quick questions:

1. Can I change the folder name while uploading it from contato to contact? So the link becomes ?app=contact.

2. For some reason I installed the application and then wanted to change folder name so I uninstalled it. Now I am trying to re install back but it shows it's installed and doesn't allow me to re install back.

How can I completely remove this application?

No, you can't. If you change it, you'll have to edit all files to change classes name + change all "app=contato" to "app=contact".

Didn't understand quite well what you've done. Anyway, if you changed the name, back to its original name, uinstall it.

Now if I click on Install, it shows me it's installed and doesn't allow me to install it.

I set it up to send PMs, when I sent a test I did not receive a pm to myself. Ideas as to why this wouldnt work?

If you set to guests use, they can use. Go to My Apps -> Contact Form and choose allowed groups that can use it.
