ACP/Apps Mgmt and Apps ordering

The apps management screen has a nice layout, however there's an issue it creates. Regardless of the ordering a member uses, the IPS and 3rd party Apps blend together on the board, with no way to really control it any further.

It would be nice if perhaps the Apps weren't separated into groups IPS and Others. Instead, have one list with ALL of the Apps. Now, in order to differentiate between the IPS and 3rd party Apps, a different coloring scheme could be used. I'm thinking the current blue shades for IPS and then perhaps a grey scheme for the 3rd party Apps.

This would give the added functionality of allowing Admins to order ALL of the Apps in the order they want them to appear to the members, instead of them being intermixed somewhat randomly. Someone could separate the IPS and 3rd party Apps if they wanted to or mixed them together, their choice.

As an added request, would like a drop down menu (like the member's menu with their profile pic). With each App, you could edit the settings click a checkbox if they want the App to appear in that menu. The menu could be named whatever the Admin wants it to be (Application, Site Features, etc). This would greatly improve the appearance and management of the primary navigation bar.

6-8 weeks ago I reported this as a bug, since there is one :D Say, when you change orders of 3rd party apps, the tabs ordering gets messed up, as some of their tab appear between other IP Addons' tabs. Since than, a temporary solution has been found, with a promise to allow ANY ordering possible:

Since than, no updates. Would be reaaly great to get this in. It will also eliminate any skin edits to mess with the tabs.
