Posted January 30, 201015 yr All the screenshots uploaded to the download system here show as very, very small... like 10px by 10px?
January 30, 201015 yr I noticed that too. I think they're not real screenshots, as in, not meant to be screenshots, but more of like icons, sort of like favicon for a website.
January 30, 201015 yr Author I suspect it's an issue with the settings here, not the image that the author uploaded (1. they're all the same, 2. I don't think an author would upload images that small). It would be great if IPS could increase the screenshot size to 800x600, and then possibly rebuild the ones currently uploaded?
January 30, 201015 yr There was a bug in one of the pre-final versions of the download manager which screwed up all the screenshots. I'm pretty sure it's since been fixed [unless it happened again]--I fixed it a couple weeks ago for most of my skins.
January 30, 201015 yr All the screenshots uploaded to the download system here show as very, very small... like 10px by 10px? If you are talking about the lightbox screen shots, that was a conversion error in one of the earlier betas, and all the lightbox images were made small. If you re-upload the screen shots the image will be correct.
February 1, 201015 yr As stated, one of the earlier builds of IP.Downloads apparently corrupted the screenshots (in that it made them smaller). There is no way for us to "fix" it, because the physical screenshots are resized (we don't have the full sized versions now). If you reupload, it should be fine now.
February 2, 201015 yr Your screenshot is missing entirely. That's not what the topic was pointing out. You should submit a ticket if you need support.
February 3, 201015 yr Ok, Support send me the answer: In each category there is a "Maximum screenshot file sizes allowed" setting. You have the dimensions there set to 0 (DEFAULT) for all categories. If you increase it, the screenshots will show.
