We have a forum for feature suggestions, and we do read every one ;)

Generally though, we discuss new features when planning a new release.

What benefit would a tracker give over using the forum? Users can use the reputation system and/or the topic rating system to "rate" features, and using a forum gives a threaded discussion area for people to comment on features. It's worked just fine for years, so I don't see a reason to change it unless there's some benefit to using a separate system for feature suggestions.
