I purchased the chat module for our forum, entered the key as per the screen shot instruction page in the documentation section of this site, set up my groups access and moderation options switched the board on (see attached screen shot of the chat services settings page, but whilst the chat link has appeared at the top of the forum, following the link just reloads the forum index.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I've missed? The only option I have no setting for is the chat server field. I don't have any information to enter here.

Am I missing something?

If you purchased IP.chat, that is the wrong addon. I know because I did the same thing yesterday :D

Also, I suggest blacking out your chat room key m8 :)
