Quest Equine Welfare Posted December 26, 2009 Share Posted December 26, 2009 While searching for the answer to yet another of my embarrassingly basic questions I found this feedback section..great!! I want to thank the incredibly patient and understanding support staff. I can just see them rolling their eyes as yet another ticket arrives from me :blush: but they are never anything other than polite to a fault. I am a real novice when it comes to IT, but they have enabled me to establish a wonderful community which is achieving good things and making many people happy :) I honestly don't know how they do it. I'm sure that if I was in the same position, I'd fall into being patronising and short tempered. Thank you for being so approachable, and for never making me feel sillier than I already do for my lack of 'tech savvy' :D Now to try to find somewhere to ask my basic question :blush: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
