A member of our forum has asked the question, why the WBB3 -> IP.Board Converter dont convert Polls?

Or is the information on the IPS Convertor Page wrong?

And: When buy the "Conversion Service" (WBB3 -> IP.Board)... Can the IPS.Staff Member convert Polls within the "Conversion Service"?

It's because WBB associates polls with posts (you could for example, have multiple polls within a single topic) whereas IPB only allows one poll per topic, and it is associated with the topic.

It's a feature IPB doesn't have, so we can't reliably convert it.

Click on Woltlab Burning Board 3.0 and you will see polls from WBB 3.0 are not converted to IP.Board 3.0.

Okay, but you can convert one of the Polls... Or not?

I know a SMF-Converter (WBB3 -> SMF) and they (can) convert one poll per topic...
