This change allows you to match on the mgroup & mgroup_others for the member when checking whether they are in a group (or any of the groups passed).

Due to a php bug I had to use for loops to do the matching safely

Replace the exisitng function around line 1574 in ipbsdk_class.inc.php (or add it at the bottom wiuth a new name).
