Have you ever noticed that if you have a Read-only forum which has a read-only subforum, it will display a Subforum image, giving users the idea that the forum is open when infact it isnt.

This modification will determine if the forum is a read-only forum, and will always display that read-only image, regardless of any subforums.

THIS HAS BEEN TESTED ON MY TEST BOARD AND WORKS FINE, HOWEVER I WILL ALWAYS GIVE SUPPORT!
