You don't appear to be a Customer, since your group is "Members" rather than "+Active Customers".

IP Board is paid software. Have you purchased it?

If not, do so, and then you will have access to the full Forum as well as Technical Support.

If you have purchased it, you need to login here with the SAME email address and password that you used when you bought it.
