Why am I in members group?
I am a IPS Customer!
Is it a mistake?
It was a problem today. IPS said it's fixed now.
Logout of the Forum completely, then log back in. That should move you back into the +Active Customers group.
If it doesn't work, submit a ticket and they'll straighten it out.
