problem with slovenian letters

I am the administrator of this forum: http://s15.invisionfree.com/Dentalci2005/

recently the forum started to show some strange symbol insted of a slovenian letter

Š and Ž are working, but Č not

(it should show the upper letter, but it shows the lower)


is there a posibility to corect this?
the letter on the keyboard ist right from L

The O.P is using an InvisionFree (modified 1.3) board ;)

ANGELB , you would need to speak to the support people at InvisionFree who host your board really for them to look into this for you. :)
