No RTE, for help files ACP

Any reason why there's no RTE editor to edit the help files in the Admin Panel?

Because the RTE cannot accept any HTML, so you would be otherwise forced to only use the formatting the RTE allows. Many users complained about this, so we reverted back to a textarea so that they can use raw HTML properly without the system forcing the RTE formatting.
